This alien being was seen in Cordoba, Argentina, in June 1968. Maria Eladia, aged 19, encountered the being and described it as being human, 6 feet tall and wearing a scaley sky blue suit. He was fair haired and holding a blue sphere and had a huge ring on his right hand.
